Admission: Discovery Bay International School (DBIS) accepts applications throughout the year with no deadline. Completed applications are placed on a waiting list. When a place becomes available, applicants are invited to an assessment and, if successful, an interview with a member of the senior leadership team. Admission priority is given at the Principal’s discretion, followed by Premium School Development Levy (PSDL) holders, siblings of current students, returning DBIS families, and then by application fee payment date. Applicants to full year groups remain on the priority waiting list until a place becomes available. Year 12 applicants must meet the relevant entry requirements. Once a place is accepted, the required school development levy payment, where applicable, and a valid visa must be in place before the student starts school.
