Sha Tin Junior School

Sha Tin Junior School is an ESF primary school using the IB Primary Years Programme to connect academic, social, physical and cultural learning. Inquiry encourages pupils to investigate ideas and develop communication and thinking skills across subjects. Student participation is a distinctive part of school life, with a Student Council, house captains, CARE representatives and environmental representatives giving children different ways to contribute. Sport, trips and residential camps extend learning beyond lessons and help pupils build confidence and independence. Visiting experts and alumni bring additional perspectives into school. Family partnerships and inclusive support underpin a community where effort, creativity and wellbeing are valued alongside academic progress.
