School Mission, Curriculum & Teaching Capacity

Mission: Guided by Christian values, the school aims to taking Root Below and Bearing Fruit Above -Promote holistic development of children, cultivate active learning and loving kids, and foster a New generation of children that are eager.

Curriculum: The kindergarten offers a local curriculum that follows the Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide, organizes learning around life-related themes, supports holistic development, and incorporates music, arts and physical activities. Learning is supported through play-based exploration, experiments, discovery and STEAM activities, and bilingual English and Chinese experiences. Children's progress is assessed through continuous assessment.

Support to Students: The kindergarten supports children through Primary One transition preparation, mock activities or school visits, social worker, counselling or referral services, professional support for children with diverse learning or developmental needs, and language support, including help for non-Chinese speaking children where needed. It maintains close home-school partnership through meetings, parent days and individual interviews, parenting seminars, talks and workshops, and parent-child activities, outings and school events.
