沙田靈光幼兒學校

Emmanuel Church Shatin Nursery School is a non-profit-making nursery school in Sha Tin, founded in 1990 and offering a local curriculum. The school designs child-centred comprehensive courses for whole-person development, using varied teaching resources and children's interests to encourage self-learning and exploration. English and Putonghua activities led by native speakers support language exposure, while moral education is integrated into religious and learning activities. Teaching uses open methods, drama education, outdoor activities, role play, group discussion, educational talks and scientific exploration. Children's individual, group and holistic learning experiences are assessed through continuous observation, records and portfolios.
