School Mission, Curriculum & Teaching Capacity

Mission: The school aims to provide a safe, caring and joyful learning environment, support children's holistic development, encourage healthy physical and emotional growth, and cultivate appreciation of life, culture and the arts.

Curriculum: The kindergarten offers a local curriculum that follows the Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide, is child-centred and aligned with children's development, supports holistic development, and incorporates music, arts and physical activities. Learning is supported through thematic teaching, project inquiry, play-based exploration, and storytelling and picture books. Children's progress is assessed through ongoing observation.

Support to Students: The kindergarten supports children through Primary One transition preparation, mock activities or school visits and reading and language enrichment. It maintains close home-school partnership through meetings, parent days and individual interviews, parent-child activities, outings and school events, and parent volunteer teams, groups or associations.
