School Mission, Curriculum & Teaching Capacity
Mission: Little Lantau Montessori Kindergarten follows Montessori principles and the EYFS framework, supporting children's communication, personal-social-emotional growth, physical development, literacy, mathematics, understanding of the world and expressive arts.
Curriculum: The preschool is an English-medium Montessori setting with Putonghua and Cantonese language learning. Children aged 18 months to 5 learn in mixed-age nursery and kindergarten groups, where older children mentor younger ones and younger children learn through observation, exploration and prepared Montessori activities.
