Mission: The school aims to provide a safe, caring and joyful learning environment, inspire curiosity, creativity and active learning, work closely with families and the community, prepare children for lifelong learning and future growth, and develop responsible citizens with a broad outlook.
Curriculum: The kindergarten offers a local curriculum that follows the Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide, is child-centred and aligned with children's development, organizes learning around life-related themes, and encourages exploration and hands-on learning. Learning is supported through group and small-group activities, outdoor activities, visits and field trips, music, movement, art and physical activities, and experiments, discovery and STEAM activities. Children's progress is assessed through continuous assessment, learning portfolios, and progress reports.
Support to Students: The kindergarten supports children through social worker, counselling or referral services, professional support for children with diverse learning or developmental needs, and speech, occupational, physical or psychological support. It maintains close home-school partnership through meetings, parent days and individual interviews, class observations, open days or school visits, parenting seminars, talks and workshops, parent volunteer teams, groups or associations, and newsletters, surveys, home visits or resource sharing.
