School Mission, Curriculum & Teaching Capacity
Mission: The school aims to provide a safe, caring and joyful learning environment, support children's holistic development, nurture good character and positive values, inspire curiosity, creativity and active learning, and build confidence, independence and self-care.
Curriculum: The kindergarten offers a local curriculum that follows the Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide, is child-centred and aligned with children's development, integrates the six learning areas, and supports holistic development. Learning is supported through music, movement, art and physical activities. Children's progress is assessed through ongoing observation and learning portfolios.
Support to Students: The kindergarten supports children through gradual adaptation or orientation activities for new children and Primary One transition preparation, mock activities or school visits. It maintains close home-school partnership through meetings, parent days and individual interviews, parenting seminars, talks and workshops, and parent-child activities, outings and school events.
