Wilderness International Kindergarten

Wilderness International Kindergarten is a private independent kindergarten in Central and Western District founded in 2016. It offers a non-local early childhood programme inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, with emphasis on nature connection, emergent curriculum, child-led inquiry and hands-on play. The school uses its garden and outdoor environment to encourage creativity, confidence, collaboration, communication and respect for nature. Learning is differentiated so children can develop at their own pace while following their interests and natural curiosity. The programme also highlights resilience, personal responsibility, emotional well-being, independence and meaningful relationships within the school community.
