School Mission, Curriculum & Teaching Capacity
Mission: The school aims to provide a safe, caring and joyful learning environment, support children's holistic development, apply Montessori principles, inspire curiosity, creativity and active learning, and build confidence, independence and self-care.
Curriculum: The kindergarten offers a non-local curriculum based on Montessori principles that encourages exploration and hands-on learning, builds independence, confidence and self-care, and includes STEAM and scientific exploration. Learning is supported through play-based exploration, group and small-group activities, and role play and creative expression. Children's progress is assessed through ongoing observation.
Support to Students: The kindergarten supports children through professional support for children with diverse learning or developmental needs. It maintains close home-school partnership through meetings, parent days and individual interviews and parent volunteer teams, groups or associations.
