Curriculum: Secondary education comprises three years of junior secondary and three years of senior secondary education leading to the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination.

Teaching Language Policy: English is the medium of instruction adopted by junior form Mathematics and Science. English is also used as the language across the curriculum of History, Geography, Citizenship, Economics and Society, CIT particularly in extended learning activities of these junior form subjects. English is the medium of instruction used in senior form Mathematics, Extended Part: Algebra and Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Citizenship and Social Development, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Economics and Visual Arts.

Secondary One Admission

The Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System is Hong Kong's official mechanism for distributing subsidized Secondary One places to primary school graduates. The allocation operates in two distinct, consecutive phases. First, the Discretionary Places (DP) stage allows students to apply directly to individual schools based on academic and interview merits. Second, remaining places are funneled into the Central Allocation (CA) stage, which is subdivided into Part A (unrestricted, territory-wide choices) and Part B (restricted, district-based choices).
