Medium of Instruction & Curriculum

English is the primary Medium of Instruction (MOI).

Curriculum: The academy uses a glocalised inquiry-driven curriculum integrating local and international elements. Secondary students follow the IB Middle Years Programme framework, then choose HKDSE, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, or selected International Advanced Level options.

Teaching Language Policy: The Academy adopts English as the medium of instruction and the major communicative language. Chinese subject will be taught in Putonghua.

Secondary One Admission

As a Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) school that does not participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System, the school manages its Secondary One admissions independently. Parents should apply directly to the school and refer to its official website for application dates, admission criteria, required documents and interview arrangements. Applicants are not restricted by school net. Parents who accept an offer from the school will be required to complete the relevant confirmation procedures and give up any subsidised Secondary One place available through the SSPA System.
