Medium of Instruction & Curriculum
Chinese is the primary Medium of Instruction (MOI).
Curriculum: Secondary education comprises three years of junior secondary and three years of senior secondary education leading to the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination.
Teaching Language Policy: The school adopts Chinese as the medium of instruction in order to raise students' learning interests. With the employment of a native-English speaking teacher and teaching assistant, and the establishment of the English Corner, it is hoped that it will enhance the English learning environment and atmosphere. Moreover, a variety of language-related activities including Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French courses are held every year to expose students to a diversified language environment.
Secondary One Admission
The Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System is Hong Kong's official mechanism for distributing subsidized Secondary One places to primary school graduates. The allocation operates in two distinct, consecutive phases. First, the Discretionary Places (DP) stage allows students to apply directly to individual schools based on academic and interview merits. Second, remaining places are funneled into the Central Allocation (CA) stage, which is subdivided into Part A (unrestricted, territory-wide choices) and Part B (restricted, district-based choices). School Fees
This is an aided school, the most common type of secondary school in Hong Kong. Aided schools account for approximately 76% of all secondary schools and receive government funding to provide free secondary education. No school fee is charged. By comparison, around 12% are DSS schools, 6% are government schools, and 5% are private schools. Only DSS and private schools generally charge school fees.

School Facilities
There are 30 air-conditioned regular classrooms, 18 special rooms and 1 student activity room at school. Each classroom is equipped with 75″ interactive TV, computer equipment and amplifiers for teaching purposes. The school also has 18 special rooms include Biology laboratory, Physics laboratory, Chemistry laboratory, Integrated Science laboratory, music room, Visual Arts room, Innovation Lab, Humanities room, Information Technology self-learning centre, multi-media learning centre, computer room, English Corner, Religion room, office for social workers, office for education psychologist, band room, dance room and library. A platform is installed in the student activity centre to facilitate teaching and to hold special events such as parent night and small-scale talks, etc. Student lockers are placed in every floor for the sake of student convenience.
